H.E. by Mango Now on ZALORA!

ZALORA, Asia’s online fashion destination, has launched Spanish menswear brand, H.E. by MANGO giving a major boost to the menswear assortment available at ZALORA. Customers in the Philippines can now enjoy and purchase the latest pieces of the brand from the Spring/Summer 2014 collection.

 

The H.E. by MANGO Spring/Summer 2014 collection is comprised of printed linen shirts, smart summer trousers and shorts in variety of colours, slip-on boat shoes as well as accessories such as belts, pocket squares, tote bags and sunglasses. Indigo blue, natural hues and striking tones such as orange-red make up the season’s colour scheme. Linen blend blazers and slim-fit cotton-blend suit trousers for formal events or parties are also available. With the revival of the dapper gentleman look, the collection will appeal to the fashion-forward crowd in Asia who are seeking a classic-cool look.

Leading European models front the H.E. by Mango Spring /Summer 2014 campaign, including Cedric Bihr from France and Mathias Lauridsen from Denmark who has recently featured in campaigns for Gucci, Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton and Hermès, The campaign, shot by London based photographer Josh Olins, was shot on location at the Canary island of Lanzarote, famous for its volcanic landscapes.

 

Created in 2008, H.E. by MANGO aims to offer young urban men a contemporary fashion apparel and accessories range. The addition of H.E. by Mango further strengthens the portfolio of international and regional men’s fashion brands available on ZALORA. Meet Bella: A New Lifestyle Show for Women

Digitank Studios and The Lifestyle Network debut a new show for women called ‘Bella’ (the Italian word for “beautiful”). ‘Bella’ seeks to inspire women to become the best version of themselves by giving them information on the latest fashion and beauty trends, health and wellness programs, as well as travel and leisure topics.

A mysterious, sophisticated, and witty girl named ‘Bella’ hosts the show. Revealing herself only through the voiceover and frequent posts in the social media sphere, Bella reaches out to her fellow women in order to guide them into realizing their true beauty. At times, Bella recruits the help of her respected and notable ‘friends’ (fashion gurus, make-up experts, fashionistas, etc.) to speak on her behalf on various topics.

The team behind this new program is composed of the dynamic and creative individuals from Digitank Studios — the same production studio behind films such as Graceland (2012) and Senior Year (2010), and the TV show Market to Master (also shown on the Lifestyle Network). Executive producer, Franco Alido, and associate producer, Loudette Calotes, will supervise the production of Bella. The creative team is composed of director Seph Barretto, and segment writers Thessa Sandoval, and Krish Pascua.

Fashion becomes even more exciting with the addition of American retail giant, Aeropostale, to our local shopping scene. Exclusively distributed by Stores Specialists Inc., Aeropostale opened its flagship store at the Ground Floor of the New Glorietta May 2013.

The history of the name Aeropostale dates back to the 1920’s. Compagnie Generale Aeropostale, a pioneer airmail company, was the first ever to fly between France, South Africa, and South America; most definitely a spectacular achievement for its day. The early Aeropostale stores even captured the essence of this airmail voyage both in the original store design and in the aviation styled leather bomber jackets that they sold.

Opened in 1987, Aeropostale has always represented a sense of adventure, achievement and dedication. Today, Aeropostale had become one of the fastest growing and most recognized specialty retailers of casual apparel and accessories, for the young, trendy teens.
